Your first session is a welcoming introduction to your healing journey, offering both compassionate guidance and direction. From the very first meeting, I will support you in starting to understand and to explore the next steps forward in your journey.

The process

During this time together, I begin to teach you tools that support nervous system regulation, and provide insight into hidden patterns affecting symptoms. Every session is personalised to meet you exactly where you are. This session will help you see what’s possible and give you the support to take the next step. Recovery is a journey, and the first supportive session offers a steady and compassionate way to begin.
