A restorative focus Meditation

This is a ten minuteย  meditation to help regulate your nervous system, lessen symptoms and give you a restorative rest. Use headphones to get the maximum health benefits from the gentle sound healing in the soundtrack ๐Ÿ’—ย  ย 

You can do this one sitting up or lying down, ideally with your eyes gently closed. This meditation experience from Amari is designed to free you for a little while from your mental, emotional and physical activities so that you can move towards Ease in your healing journey.

There are many types of meditation, and this one is a “focus meditation”, where you focus your attention on an object (in this case on the breath). See how you get along with it.

Just get as comfortable as you can, and then hit play and close your eyes if you feel to do so.
