Breathing in the Light

This is an Affirmation Breathing Meditation 💗 432 Hz 💗 that I created for your healing.

It is designed to help you come out of Fight, Flight, Freeze and to help regulate your autonomic nervous system.

You can do this one sitting up or lying down, ideally with your eyes gently closed. Use headphones to get the maximum health benefits from the binaural sound healing.

This meditation experience is designed to free you for a little while from your mind so that you can have a restorative rest. It’s 12 minutes long, and so get as comfortable as possible and then hit play on the video below. 💗
