This Healing Pathway unfolds in three key phases — first, you build a foundation of safety and understanding, helping symptoms ease and bringing the first signs of relief. Then, I guide you in strengthening resilience, allowing life to expand. Finally, as capacity grows, you explore deep emotional healing, where transformation happens.
Throughout this time working with me, you’ll receive practical tools, compassionate guidance, and transformative inner healing to help reduce symptoms and reconnect with your authentic self.
Healing Mind, Body and Heart - Together
Many healing approaches focus on just one aspect of recovery. Nervous system regulation is often body-based – using somatic techniques to calm and rebalance. TMS work, in contrast, is usually mind-based – shifting thoughts and cognitive patterns to reduce symptoms. And self-healing? It’s often done alone, without the co-regulation that the nervous system actually needs to feel safe enough to change.
All of these approaches can be helpful, but in my own experience, true and lasting recovery happens when we bring all three together: mind, body, and heart. Healing isn’t just about calming the body or understanding the mind; it’s about integrating emotions, safely processing stored stress, and allowing the nervous system and brain to rewire in real-time connection.
This is why my coaching is structured around all three: rebalancing the dysregulated nervous system, shifting subconscious patterns, and releasing stressors and emotions in a safe, supported way. Some people are new to Mindbody work, and others have already undertaken self-paced courses and joined groups that promised a complete recovery.
If you have tried every mindbody method available, every course, reading the books, practicing the techniques, and doing the inner work, yet still are finding yourself feeling stuck? The healing journey isn’t just about information; it requires safety, connection, and the ability to process stress in real time, within a supportive space. This journey is not meant to be walked alone.
Co-regulation is the experience of being with someone whose system is grounded and attuned – allowing your own nervous system to settle through that shared connection. In our work together, you won’t be left to navigate this alone. I’ll guide you in real time, helping your system feel safe enough to soften, shift, and begin to heal. This kind of embodied presence is what allows change to move from theory into lived experience.
Working Together
Your healing journey is unique, but it requires guidance. Most people begin with a single session. From there, I often invite clients into short healing containers, usually 2–6 week commitments designed to create a recovery rhythm, deepen the work, and provide consistent nervous system support.
This journey is structured around three key phases.
Phase One: Laying the Foundation – Rebalancing for Stability
This phase is rooted in a mind-body-spirit approach, offering a structured way to rebuild safety, reduce symptoms, and create stability. You will learn about the mindbody connection – TMS – how hidden stressors can shape physical symptoms and how regulating the nervous system supports healing.
Most people with chronic illness don’t realise they are operating in a state of survival — hypervigilance, functional freeze, and emotional suppression.
In this phase, you begin to learn tools that shift you out of survival mode, restoring ease and trust in your body and mind. With my support, you’ll begin to notice changes — less fear, less tension, and the first signs of symptom relief. You will learn practical, actionable tools that help you learn to leave survival mode, and you begin to see that your life can expand.
I will guide you into somatic healing, cognitive and beliefs work and brain retraining – helping you reduce symptoms, as well as beginning to rewire subconscious patterns. This phase is about uncovering hidden stressors, learning about the Mindbody connection and becoming aware of survival responses.
Phase Two: Building Resilience – Rewiring & Expanding Life
This phase deepens your understanding of TMS (The Mindbody Syndrome), showing you how to change patterns and create new neural pathways for healing. Through a blend of neuroplasticity, emotional regulation and somatic healing, you learn to gently reintroduce safety and stability into your nervous system.
As resilience strengthens, life starts to feel bigger again. Many people find themselves naturally returning to activities they once thought were lost to illness. This phase is about moving beyond fear and into confidence. You learn to trust your body and mind, how to regulate your emotions, and you begin to expand your capacity for joy.
With compassionate guidance, you begin to:
- Gently reintroduce a sense of safety, stability, and ease into everyday life.
- Develop resilience, and notice that soon setbacks feel manageable rather than overwhelming.
Move from coping to thriving, allowing you to engage more fully with the world around you.
As you strengthen resilience, your mindbody system develops the stability needed for deeper healing. I guide you through a combination of cognitive, somatic, and neuroplasticity-based tools to help you move into resilience and emotional strength.
Phase Three: Deep Inner Healing – Transformational Work & Moving into Authenticity
I guide you through advanced somatic healing practices and deep emotional processing, allowing you to safely release past events and hidden stressors. This phase is where deep healing and inner transformation take place, allowing you to release what no longer serves you and fully step into a life of ease, connection, and authenticity.
Once stability returns and symptoms no longer control your life, you begin seeing profound shifts happen. The transformation is not just taking place in your body, but in how you experience yourself and the world around you.
I help you uncover:
- The patterns that may have held you in cycles of over-giving, self-pressure, or disconnection.
- How to release long-held stressors in a way that feels safe and freeing.
- Learning to trust your body, your mind and your emotions again
- How to reconnect with your intuition to create a new relationship with yourself – one based on self-compassion, confidence, and inner peace.
- The way to move beyond illness, towards deeper fulfilment, connection, and purpose.
This phase is where many people begin to feel truly free – able to step into life with more ease, confidence, and trust in themselves.
