This path is TMS-informed and uses somatic and cognitive techniques, as well as guided emotional healing which becomes central in the later stages of recovery.You’ll be guided with focus and care, learning how to interrupt the fear loops and survival patterns that drive chronic illness. As the nervous system regulates and the brain rewires, symptoms decrease, and confidence and capacity return. Each step you take helps you feel stronger, clearer, and more free.

I’m Amari Love, a recovery coach and writer with training and in-depth experience in mind-body healing, neuroplasticity, somatic practices, and emotional healing. As a registered health coach with the UKI Health Coaching Association, I bring both professional standards and lived experience to this work.

Having fully recovered after three decades of chronic illness, including years bedbound with Long Covid and M.E./CFS, I now devote my time to guiding clients through a structured pathway to recovery, while continuing deep research and writing on the latest advances in the field.
